WELCOME TO REGISTRATION ZONE

Here you will find necessary information about registration process. Please read it before you register for the event. Registration Zone is operated by Scientific Association for Infocommunications, the Registration Secretariat for CogInfoCom 2011.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration is a nominal fee: EUR 200 / HUF 50 000 person (including VAT) 
The registration fee includes HUF 30.000 (including VAT) catering that appears on the written invoice.
Participants from Hungary can pay the registration fee in HUF.

OPTIONAL ORDERS

Gala dinner
The ticket is inluded in the registration fee for one person. Additional ticket can be ordered at a fee of EURO 30  /HUF 7 500.
Conference proceedings (pendrive)
One copy of the Proceedings is included in the registration fee. Additional copies can be ordered at a fee of EURO 70 / HUF 17 500

REGISTRATION

Each participant should send a registration in advance to attend the congress. Registration is only valid with payment of registration fee. A copy of the bank draft or the Credit Card Authorization Form should be sent along the registration as a proof of payment. Registrations will be collected by Scientific Association for Infocommunications

Please note! At least one author must register for the conference.

DEADLINE

Deadline for registration June 24, 2011 CET 24:00. After this date only on-site registration is possible.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Registration fee must be paid to Scientific Association for Infocommunications in advance, either by bank transfer or by credit card in Euros only. Participants from Hungary can pay the registration fee in HUF.

Credit card mail order VISA, VISA Electron, Mastro, MasterCard are accepted. Complete the „Credit Card Authorization Form” and return it by fax or by mail to the Registration Secretariat.
Please do not send credit card details via E-mail as we need your signature for the authorization!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing addressed to Scientific Association for Infocommunications (Registration Secretariat). Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date stamp of the fax or E-mail. Please indicate all bank details and codes where repayment should be forwarded.

Cancellation of registration fees
Cancellation fee is 20 % of the total amount, if notification is received before June 20, 2011 CET 24:00. No refund will be made if cancellation note arrives after that date; however attendant substitution is accepted. In case of cancellation the final program and Proceedings will be sent.
